「樹木不經日曬雨淋長不高，人格未經千錘百鍊不全。」所謂「十年樹木、百年樹人」，人格的養成正如林木生長，必須歷經風雨的洗禮與環境的挑戰；唯有在磨難中不斷修正、在困境中堅持志節，方能成就圓滿健全的人格。
